The Vegas Shoot 2026 and the Indoor Archery World Series Finals were held in Las Vegas from 27 to 30 March 2026. The compound shootdowns were decided on a new shoot-off target introduced for the Planet Hollywood theatre stage.
Vegas Shoot championship results
| Division | Champion | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Recurve men | Brady Ellison (USA), 886 | 12th Vegas Shoot victory |

| Compound women | Ella Gibson (GBR) | First Vegas title, won in shootdown |
Five perfect 900s
For the first time in the event's history, five women shot a perfect 900 across the three days of the compound championship: Ella Gibson, Morgan Rives, Alexis Ruiz, Taylor Miller and Tanja Gellenthien. All five advanced to the shootdown for the USD 50,000 first prize, which Gibson won.
In the compound men's division, 32 archers reached 900, including defending champion Bodie Turner and former winners Mike Schloesser and Kyle Douglas. Schloesser won the shootdown for his third Vegas title.
Indoor World Series Finals champions
| Category | Champion |
|---|---|
| Recurve men | Brady Ellison (USA) |
| Recurve women | Victoria Sebastian (FRA) |
| Compound men | Mike Schloesser (NED) |
| Compound women | Ella Gibson (GBR) |
Ellison secured the recurve men's series title outright. Schloesser beat contenders including Mathias Fullerton and Stephan Hansen, and Gibson won the compound women's series after a final against Alexis Ruiz.
Why it matters
The compound women's field has reached the point where a perfect three-day score no longer guarantees victory. That trend is pushing organisers toward X-count and shoot-off formats, and it is the backdrop to World Archery's experiments with 11-point X rings in outdoor competition.
